1997
David Mülchi, working in Switzerland for a leading Swiss firm, begins to collaborate with Jorge Miera and Francisco Pacheco, two senior lawyers and economists and partners of their own Spanish firm, providing trust and corporate services in Spain. Together they incorporate the second ETVE in the history of this special tax regime.
2003
David Mülchi, Jorge Miera and Francisco Pacheco, create DAVID MÜLCHI & ASOCIADOS, a boutique firm specialized in international projects to provide a highly professional and affordable premium expertise in legal and tax matters with an international dimension very much needed in Spain.
2005
DM & A rapidly distinguishes itself from others law and tax firms in Spain, providing in-depth customized solutions to hundreds of clients on their international venture, trade, business, investments, residence or tax planning needs. Working in close relations with foreign Chambers of Commerce and Exportation Associations, DM & A has established a wide network of reliable correspondents worldwide to attain always bespoke advice.
2006
By then, DM & A has consolidated its position as a well-known international tax and legal advisory firm in Spain and abroad. In addition to advising our clients, David Mülchi & Asociados is often selected by other Spanish law firms and tax professionals to provide international advisory services to their own clients.
2008
Despite the crisis DM & A, continues to grow holding its position and intensifying the efforts to provide excellent services to exporters and investment analyses in emerging markets.
2012
DM & A creates a Real Estate Services Division, formed with experts and senior advisors, to focus on the rebounding Real Estate market in Spain, the new attractive investment vehicles offered by the Spanish government and to share its Real Estate large experience with international investors.
2013
The success of our Trust & Corporate Services leads us to create Privatia Consulting, SL. Working hand in hand with David Mülchi & Asociados, Privatia Consulting SL offers the complete range of administrative, legal, accounting, managing services and registered office for the incorporation and daily monitoring of a company in Spain.
2014
DM & A opens a branch in Lugano. Switzerland is the most competitive country in the world and strategically located in the center of Europe. As the first Swiss controlled law firm in Spain, DM & A returns to its original country to consolidate its business relationships and growth in the region.
2015
David Mülchi & Asociados is now a reference in Spain for those seeking reliable international legal and fiscal services. Our diversified experience and our multidepartment services provide clients with effective support within reach from the client base country to the target country of choice.
