David J. Mülchi
Paníco
A Swiss national, David has a Degree in Law from the University
of Bern (Switzerland) and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association,
the Lugano (Switzerland) Bar Association, the International Fiscal
Association and the AEDAF (Spanish Tax Advisors Association). Since
1994, he has worked as a lawyer for Swiss legal firms and in 1998
created the Spanish subsidiary of a leading Swiss group of consulting
and auditing companies, which he has managed since incorporation.
In addition to his professional activities as a specialised analyst,
David has also published articles in scientific magazines and lectured
in post graduate courses on international contracts, international
arbitration and, in particular, international tax issues in Switzerland,
Italy, Uruguay, Spain and Portugal. He has also taught international
tax courses at prestigious university and post-graduate educational
institutions. He currently coordinates the Spanish Export Companies
Club Tax Matters Committee.

Jorge Vicente
Miera Puente
Jorge graduated from the San Pablo Centre of University Studies
(CEU), affiliate of the Complutense University of Madrid, in 1990
and possesses a Master's Degree in Labour Law and Social Security
from the Centre of Financial Studies (CEF) and from the Dirección
de Entidades Deportivas de la Generalitat de Cataluña. He is a practising
lawyer and member of the Madrid Bar Association, having carried
out the majority of his professional career in Mercantile and Labour
Law, with extensive experience in providing trust and corporate
services.

Francisco
José Pacheco Sáez
Francisco is a graduate in Economics and Business Administration
from the Complutense University of Madrid, with Master Degrees in
Accounts Auditing from the Madrid Economists Association, and in
Taxation from the Madrid Centre of Financial Studies (CEF). He has
been a practising economist since 1991 and is a member of the Madrid
Official Association of Economists and Tax Advisors Registrar (REAF),
having carried out the majority of his professional career in the
areas of finance and taxation. Francisco also has substantial experience
in the trust and corporate areas.
